Cerian Elliott
Originally from Derbyshire, I grew up in a small village in the Vale of Glamorgan. My dad served in the RAF for 5 years and then served in the TA for a further 10 years. As a result, I have always been passionate about supporting people with similar backgrounds and experiences. This led me to having a keen interest in following a career path into the area of mental health.
I moved to Birmingham to study at Aston University where I undertook a BSc in Psychology. During this degree I decided to take a placement year to work and joined Woody’s Lodge as a volunteer with the support team. Following this, I returned to Birmingham to complete my degree. Upon graduation I returned to South Wales and was subsequently welcomed back into the family at Woody’s Lodge as a Support Officer.
