Ways to Give to Woody’s Lodge

Woody’s Lodge is a social hub, which guides veterans to the support & help they need to re-engage with their families and communities. Our vision is to create an inviting meeting space for those who have served within the Armed Forces and Emergency Services, as well as their families, can receive expert support & advice.

In our first six months, we received visits from over 1,200 veterans of all ages from across Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan; by donating to Woody’s Lodge, you are helping us to reach even more veterans who need help and support. We have come a long way from when we first opened at HMS Cambria in February 2017 and we now have two Woody’s Lodge locations: in North and South Wales. We couldn’t have done this without the support of everyone who has donated, volunteered, hosted a fundraiser or sponsored us here at Woody’s Lodge.

Here at Woody’s Lodge, we’re only a small local charity, so each penny and pound raised or donated really does make a huge difference to our veterans of the Armed Forces and Emergency Services, as well as their families.
