Woody’s Lodge is an inviting meeting space and social hub for veterans of the Armed Forces and Emergency Services, as well as their families. Here with us they can receive expert help and guidance for their new lives after active service has ended; as well as a safe space to reengage with their friends, family and wider community.
In our first six months, we received over 1,200 visits from Veterans in Cardiff and the wider Vale of Glamorgan. We have grown a lot since we first opened at HMS Cambria in 2017 and now we have a Woody’s Lodge in North and South Wales.
As Woody’s Lodge are growing and developing, grow with us. We’re always looking for new skills and new people to add to our team.

Administration Officer North Wales ( Part Time )
Veterans’ Charity, Woody’s Lodge is a Social and Signposting Hub, supporting those who have served in HM. Armed Forces and Emergency Services and their families. Due to rapid growth, Woody’s now seeks an Administration Officer for North Wales.
Based at Woody’s Lodge, Eirias Park, Colwyn Bay, the post will support the North Wales Operations Officer and his team, in developing the Charity’s work across North Wales.
Working Monday to Friday between 10.00am and 4.00pm, the post will be paid at a rate of £8.80p/hr. Pension contributions and “Out of Pocket” expenses are provided. Annual Leave is pro-rata at 14 days /year plus statutory Bank Holidays.
