Mindfulness Session

Join us every Thursday for a Virtual Mindfulness Session in partnership with Wintergreen UK

Our Thursday Zoom calls are changing! We’ll kick off at 11am in our usual way and then at 11.30am, we’ll have something very special for you all to get involved in! A half-hour session of relaxing mindfulness for military veterans and their family members. The sessions will be led by the amazing Wendy from Wintergreen-UK CIC!

Group etiquette for the Mindfulness Session ONLY:

All microphones will be muted by the host for the duration of the mindfulness session.

Find a comfortable seat where you will not be disturbed.

As all microphones will be muted there is NO requirement to talk about any of your feelings or experiences. The host will check if you are ok from time to time and all that is required is a thumbs-up.

You may leave your video turned off if you wish.
